Sjaan van de Langenberg
Sjaan is a movement artist and wellness practitioner, who has run numerous creative retreats across Europe, has a Masters in Community Dance at Laban and worked for over 14 years as a Yoga, breath work, Pilates and Dance practitioner. Working one to one and in studios in London and internationally. Co facilitating community dance workshops in London and the UK, Including working with the outreach programs at RAD, Chisenhale dance, SLide, London performing arts college and Laban. Sjaan is also a body worker, trained in Hawaiian Kahuna and Thai massage therapy.
Eliot Lloyd Short
is a musician-composer who studied African and Classical Music at Rhodes University South Africa, Workshop Facilitation at Goldsmiths College, London and is currently completing a Master in Music for Film and TV. He has worked on the West End in 'War Horse', participated in workshops with the London Philhamonic Outreach Program and most recently run journaling workshops in North Shields.
Carrie van de Langenberg
Carrie van de Langenberg is an artist and ceramicist, who has been a resident potter at Starways Arts Centre in South Africa, where she also ran pottery workshops. She has also been a resident at Melissa Dora Studio in South London and has worked in costume for theatre and film productions 'Warhorse' (West End), Matthew Bourne's New Adventures (West End and UK/World Tour) and the Netflix TV drama 'The Crown'.
