Each new and full moon we gather for to share and sit with tea, reflect on and set intentions for the new cycle.
Tea ceremony is a meditation. A chance to slow down enough to notice. The sound of the water pouring, steam rising, the taste, scent and colour of the tea leaves and the warmth of the bowl held in our hands. Sitting with tea we open to our inner experiences of emptiness and fullness & enjoy the healing qualities of the tea itself.
